Khalid Alshammari - CEO Mr. Khalid Alshammari is the Chief Executive Officer and brings years of experience in both engineering and financial management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in ivil Engineering from Applied Science Private University and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Jordan University. Mr. Alshammari has demonstrated a proven ability to drive business growth, foster innovation, and lead teams to successful project outcomes. His unique combination of technical and financial knowledge positions him as a strategic leader in today’s competitive market. John Daly - Vice President John is tasked with overseeing the operation of the company. He has an extensive background in construction, engineering, development, maintenance, fire/life-safety systems and management coordination. John has completed development projects with a value of over $2 billion (USD) in New York City and Miami and looks to implement those methodologies in Saudi. He holds an BS from the University of California, Berkeley, a MS from the University of Illinois and an MBA from New York University.

Mohamed Zaki Abbas Hilwa – Director of Operations Mohamed is an electrical engineer with over two decades of experience. He holds a BS in Electronic Engineering from Mansoura University in Egypt. Mohamed is also a certified Engineer with the Saudi Council of Engineers. His professional affiliations include PMI and IEEE engineering societies. He takes pride in his ability to lead diverse teams, implement innovative solutions, and achieve excellence in project delivery.

Naif Alrakhis – Field Operations General Manager Naif is an experienced engineer in both mechanical and operations management systems. He holds both a BS in mechanical engineering and a Masters in engineering management from Lawrence University in Michigan. Naif also has a BS from Saudi Electricity Company Training Institute. A community minded citizen, Naif was a member of the Dammam Fire Brigade and is a certified EMS technician. His professional affiliations include Project Management professional (PMP), OSHA safety manager training and other technical mechanical certification.

Khaled Khadr – Comptroller Khaled has overseen the Asiaf portfolio of companies for many years and provides a strong compliance and oversight expertise. He holds a BS in accounting from Menofia University in Egypt and maintains numerous professional accreditations. Khaled has proficiency in tax code, cost segregation, bank compliance, auditing and third-party reporting.
